Complaint Procedures

Step 1 – Talk to Us

If you have a complaint or concern, please contact our team directly at sales@quincehomes.co.uk. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

Step 2 – Escalate to Management

If you’re not satisfied with the outcome or feel your concern hasn’t been fully resolved, you can ask for it to be reviewed by our Managing Director.

Step 3 – Further Review

We aim to resolve every matter internally, but if you’re still unhappy after these steps, we can provide details of an independent body you may contact for further advice or review.
